Insurance frustration

I need to vent. I have payed for my oral appliance after it was approved &I’m still waiting to get reimbursed from my insurance. I’m wondering if others have a similar story?

Hi. I have heard from the Dentist Monday. The are requesting more information. The poor manager of the office apologized but it wasn’t even her fault.
